WELLBEING

At LBS, we want everyone to feel they can belong and thrive in our community. Thriving means more than the absence of stress or ill-health. It is about having energy, passion, self-esteem, good physical and mental health, supportive relationships, and feeling successful in our endeavours. It is about feeling in control of our lives and our future.

We all have periods when life feels more challenging. We might feel down, anxious or overwhelmed, and struggle to enjoy life in the way we normally do.

Good mental health isn’t about feeling happy and confident 100% of the time, it’s about living and coping well despite the challenges we face, and finding and enjoying the moments of joy.

We are all different, and will have different ways of achieving this – understanding what works for you is key. To support you in this, we provide a range of resources to help you process and understand your experiences and create healthy routines and habits to support you now and in the future.
