JobOppO are proud to offer complimentary employability support to former Afghan interpreters, other Locally Employed Civilians (LECs) and select former ANA personnel who, after years of supporting the British mission in Afghanistan, have been relocated to the UK as part of the ARAP or Ex-Gratia Programme.
As well as access to our employability video and downloadable content, bespoke workshops and 1:1 coaching, we also invite all verified AfghanOppOs to view and apply for any roles available on our jobs board. These roles are from a wide variety of employers all over the UK and we will do what we can to assist with introductions and support.
JobOppO work in partnership with the Sulha Alliance and The Gulab Sorkh Foundation and fully endorse their vision for a comprehensive, fair and lasting solution that provides welcoming sanctuary for those under threat in recognition of their service while supporting their integration into British society. If you are a former Afghan interpreter, LEC or are registered with Gulag Sorkh and have moved to the UK as part of ARAP, we urge you to take advantage of this support offer. To do so, you must first register and be verified by the Sulha Alliance who will then pass us the details we need to help you find work.
