OUR CAMPUSES

London

In the middle of London, overlooking one of the country’s famous Royal Parks, we are proud to have our main campus in Sussex Place, and iconic building designed in the 1800s by the same architect who designed Buckingham Palace, John Nash.

Our London spirit of innovation and creativity has never been more important. Whether on our beautiful central London campus with views of Regent’s Park, online or using our new hybrid teaching model, our world-leading learning equips you to face a changed and changing world of work.

Dubai

Where East meets West. Our strategic location in the world-class ecosystem and free trade zone of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in downtown Dubai means our neighbours are some of the world’s most influential banks, investment firms and commercial enterprises.

Our first campus outside London, we opened our doors in Dubai in 2007 – evidence of our global ambitions to scale our diversity and impact, while sustaining our prestige and reputation for academic rigour.

Our top-ranked School is located in the hyper-modern ecosystem of the Dubai International Financial Centre. Access to global business success with our innovative new blend of online and campus-based learning.

WELLBEING

At LBS, we want everyone to feel they can belong and thrive in our community. Thriving means more than the absence of stress or ill-health. It is about having energy, passion, self-esteem, good physical and mental health, supportive relationships, and feeling successful in our endeavours. It is about feeling in control of our lives and our future.

We all have periods when life feels more challenging. We might feel down, anxious or overwhelmed, and struggle to enjoy life in the way we normally do.

Good mental health isn’t about feeling happy and confident 100% of the time, it’s about living and coping well despite the challenges we face, and finding and enjoying the moments of joy.

We are all different, and will have different ways of achieving this – understanding what works for you is key. To support you in this, we provide a range of resources to help you process and understand your experiences and create healthy routines and habits to support you now and in the future.

Our Commitment To Diversity, Inclusion And Belonging

We are creating and nurturing a School where everyone is respected for who they are and is able to bring their whole self to work. Being part of our community goes beyond the learning solutions we provide; we strive to create an environment in which everyone feels truly respected and valued for the unique contributions they bring. We bring our efforts on diversity, inclusion, belonging, wellbeing, smart working and health under the umbrella of ‘Belong & Thrive’.

Diversity is a fact; it looks at the statistics behind our community and the different characteristics that are present. This might look like a mix of employees from multiple nationalities or ages.

Inclusion is the culture in which this diverse mix of people can come to work and feel part of our organisation; everyone is given opportunities for career advancement and has a seat at the table.

Belonging is the feeling. It is the emotional outcome of security and support where there is a sense of acceptance, inclusion and identity. It means that you can bring your authentic self to work and are celebrated for this so that you can thrive.

OUR STAFF NETWORKS

Our staff networks provide a safe space for colleagues sharing particular characteristics and their allies to connect with others, share experiences and challenge organisational practices to create a more inclusive working environment.
