Diversity and Inclusion

February 2022 saw the launch of our new Diversity and Inclusion committee to drive our D&I agenda and provide employees with an opportunity to get involved and share their experiences. The committee's work is focused on 7 core pillars, driving forward positive change across the business.

In 2020 Hutchison Ports has become the first major UK port to gain Women in Maritime Charter Certification, the status has more recently been updated to Diversity in Maritime.
