Based out of local probation offices will be working collaboratively with pre-release teams, probation and other internal departments to support participants on their journey.

You'll work within the prison delivering courses to groups of participants to support them on their journey towards release or parole.

You'll support individuals as they transition from prison back into the community covering essential topics such as health and well-being, goal setting, and personal development to help them rebuild their lives.

In this role, you will work primarily within community hubs, providing dedicated one-to-one support to a caseload of women with experience of the criminal justice system.
