AN INDUSTRY-LEADING PENSION SCHEME

When you become an Addison lee driver, you’ll have the option of an industry-leading pension scheme, with 5% of their qualifying pensionable earnings topped up by Addison Lee through a 3% contribution.

Drivers will have the freedom to opt out of the pension plan and make their own arrangements if they wish

EARN AT LEAST THE LONDON LIVING WAGE

Addison Lee will now guarantee that all drivers earn at least the London living wage.

While we believe that our contracts have always delivered earnings above and beyond the London living wage, the new deal will provide peace of mind for the drivers we work with.
