“I have been with BTG for nine years yet, starting as an assistant manager in Heathrow, working my way to GM and now I have moved into loss prevention and financial auditing, during my career is hospitality. I have often changed company, but things were different with BTG, I have never felt like just a number but as part of a team, my voice has been listened to and my experience and opinions respected. One of my greatest days was to be honoured with winning the restaurant of the year award in 2019 while I was GM of Oriel in Heathrow. I have always been encourage and assisted to develop in the ways I needed and the guided down paths which have helped me progress.”
