Tidal has been Putting People Before Since 2012. Founder Director Coin Frensham served 13 years as a combat medic with RAMC. His training, values and ethics are the foundations of Tidal.

Tidal Training are national healthcare training providers specialising in the delivery of healthcare training courses in bespoke Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Medical and Clinical, Health and Social Care, Child Protection and Ofqual regulated First Aid. Our clients range from small private companies to large corporate organisations including NHS Trusts, Local Authorities and private sector groups. We are committed to teaching engaging, precise and fit for purpose training courses to enable and empower our organisations clients in providing the highest standards of care and support.

In 2022, we trained over 17,000 staff in subjects ranging from epilepsy awareness to hosting suicidal conversations, face-to-face and via Zoom/ Teams. Tidal is a family business.
