Arcus FM is recruiting a M&E Engineer to join our facilities management team in Lancaster and surrrounding areas.

Providing leadership, management, and development of the contract, ensuring financial, and operational commitments are met and exceeded.

To ensure all environmental conditions are maintained at all times with regard to critical building systems. To carry out PPM tasks and reactive and breakdown works to all M&E systems within the site.
