Based out of local probation offices and within the prison, you will be meeting with service users to support them with all aspects of their personal wellbeing.

You'll work within the prison delivering courses to groups of participants to support them on their journey towards release

You will support a caseload of service users that may have been previously released from prison, working collaboratively with pre-release teams, probation and other internal departments you will support them on their journey.

In this outreach role you will work from various settings across the region. This will include probation offices, approved premises or various community settings.
