The Employer Solutions Manager will identify, engage and manage new relationships with public and private sector employer organisations with the aim of securing sustainable employment opportunities.

Primarily based out of the probation office, you'll provide information, advice and support to individuals helping them regain control over their finances.

In this role, you'll work within the prison, providing one-to-one support to a caseload of participants as they prepare for release or parole.
