About the role of Receptionist:

Due to relocation, we are looking for an experienced Receptionist to be at the forefront of our brand new office. As the first point of contact for the company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression.

Responsibilities of Receptionist:

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Greeting visitors and clients, ensuring a friendly and professional welcome
  • Opening the office at 8am
  • Answering phone calls and directing to the correct departments
  • Scanning in and distributing incoming post
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception/ office area
  • Ordering and replenishing office consumables
  • Booking meeting rooms and ordering lunches
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as and when required

What good looks like for a Receptionist:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Experience within the construction or similar industry (Desirable)
