About Ingeus

Why work for Ingeus?

Shaping new, exciting futures for our colleagues and customers is at the heart of everything we do, and the people who work for us are part of a team that thrives on helping people live their best lives.

A career that makes a difference.

If you have a passion for working with people, get in touch today about opportunities for a career that makes a difference.

We work with government, businesses, and local communities to help people find and stay in work, gain new skills, and access opportunities in all types of industries and occupations.

Professional development

A great start matters, so when a new colleague joins Ingeus, they go through an induction programme that’s designed specifically for their role.

We encourage our people to continue learning throughout their careers and offer a wide range of development opportunities to choose from.

Health

Our Health division provides services which are focussed on keeping people healthy, independent, and active. Our healthy lifestyle programmes help people improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

Youth

We take pride in building the confidence, skills and independence of young people so that they are enabled to achieve their goals. Our Youth Services deliver the National Citizen Service to tens of thousands of people across the South East and East Midlands every year.

Justice

Ingeus works with ex-offenders to help them transform their lives for the better and create a safer, stronger community for the rest of society. Our programmes focus on breaking the cycle of re-offending and enabling ex-offenders to settle back into society through education, training, accommodation and wellbeing support.

Employment

Ingeus’ employment services support unemployed people to get back into work. We also support people who are accessing psychological therapies and require employment advice. The world of work is changing so fast that people can easily be left behind. Work is proven to be good for people’s health, their families and society. Our mission is to make sure people have the skills, support and behaviours to get jobs, gain independence and become productive employees.

What We do

Ingeus is proud to work with veterans.

Your skills, qualifications and experience are relevant, and transferable, to a wide range of career opportunities at Ingeus.

From frontline roles in our local centres to working in our corporate support services, there are a range of jobs at all levels. We are particularly interested in hearing from people with ‘lived experience’ of diverse and varied backgrounds.

We know that the transition to civilian life can often be very difficult and may leave you and your family with a number of concerns. We support our employees with a comprehensive and flexible benefits package including a free and confidential Employee Assistance Programme, Healthcare, Competitive Pension, and High Street discounts.

We offer Learning & Development with online learning and hundreds of courses, as well as a comprehensive package of wellbeing support via our Wellbeing Hub.
