You will be part of a friendly UK Services team based on site for one of our prestigious customers, responsible for producing and analysing management reports to allocate work and report on trends also resolve customer escalations in a timely manner to avoid disruption and minimise business impact.

Main Responsibilities

  • Complies management information reports through relevant business tools to provide accurate/up to date data
  • Prioritise and co-ordinate own and others work schedules to ensure that business and customer needs are met and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Ascertain customer requirement in order to direct the enquiry to relevant department.
  • Able to communicate on complex issue to meet business and customer requirements to avoid escalations.
  • Asses cost implication of best solution to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation.

To succeed in this role you will be an ambitious and tenacious individual, who's highly motivated, a great team player and has solid organisational skills.

To be suitable for this role you would need to have the relevant experience:

  • Experience of relevant business systems e.g. SAP
  • Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Plans & organises own workload
  • Proven experience of high standards of customer service
  • Good administrative experience, attention to detail , ensures accuracy of data, provides data for reporting and processing of information
  • Excellent Interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
