Working soft shift between either 7am to 3pm or 11am to 7pm

Main Responsibilities

The role based in Canary Wharf involves:

  • Planning and managing work requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilising diary management skills
  • Using your strong customer service skills and administration background to deliver work requests directly to engineers and customers in a timely and effective manner.
  • Using various internal systems, along with SAP and Microsoft (MS) office applications
  • Resource planning
  • Scheduling and administering projects and work to IT engineers and customers
  • Running ad hoc reports
