Main Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the monitoring of all minor change on an account and the delivery of all minor projects under the contractual services agreement.
  • Accountable for the application of governance as it applies to minor projects
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing effective Pre-Triage and Triage processes and Triage exception process when necessary.
  • Maintain and manage the project portfolio data capture and reporting.
  • Establish and maintain standard portfolio records (RAID+) and provide input into Management Information (including time, cost and quality) for the account to ensure that all projects and their associated costs, revenue and contribution are included.
  • Ensure the delivery of all minor projects follow Computacenter methodology.
  • Responsible for the completion and issue of quotations, impact assessments, ROMs, etc., for minor projects within a PPO.
  • Ensure any service integration/ Service Acceptance Criteria (AIS) increased services costs are considered and included in all minor project quotations and approval gained.


Ideal Candidate

* We're looking for someone that can be flexible to work at customer sites across the UK when required.

* Who is literate (able to write credible documents), numerate (confident with calculating costs) and the ability to manage your own and others' workload.

* These skills should be backed up with experience of assisting in planning and the management of progress, resources and cost on large or small, IT infrastructure transition or transformation projects.

* This should be combined with knowledge of project initiation, change management, risk management, and the principles and practicalities of running projects.

* You will need the ability to get on with people at all levels and have experience of working in a project team.

* Ideally you will have a Prince2 Practitioner qualification and ISEB or APM qualified.

* You will need a current driving licence and able and willing to travel.
