An opportunity for a fast learning candidate and customer obsessed individual with a can-do attitude to join a busy and fast paced HR team within the Group. Our Head of Group HR Operations will initially lead the HR operations transformation moving the team into Business as usual over a 2 year period

Main Responsibilities

We are an expanding team supporting an ambitious, high growth organisation attract and retain high performance diverse talent across the group. You will lead the Group HR Operations Team, across all of our geographies who are responsible for delivering all employee lifecycle activities, including managing compensation cycles, benefits, recognition, wellness, HR data and systems, joiners/movers/ leavers and key HR correspondence.

A key focus of this role is ensuring the Group HR Operations team are running consistent, efficient and effective processes utilising our digital capabilities. Ensuring that we are responding to queries quickly and accurately and our processes are delivered seamlessly to our employees.

You will support the development, implementation and promoting a best-in-class Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that differentiates the business in the market, contributes to employee engagement and supports a high performance culture.

All roles within the HR team, including the Head of Group HR Operations role, are highly visible roles across the company with the expectation that you will champion HR and help build the profile of the function across the company. Alongside colleagues in Org Dev, the Head of Group HR Operations is responsible for championing initiatives that deepen the business culture.

Ideal Candidate

  • You will have a proven track record leading a successful Group HR team
  • The ability to manage and continually enhance HR delivery and strong alignment to the company philosophy and values.
  • Programme and project management across multiple geographies
  • Experience of leading large transformation activities within a global HR function
  • Experience of leading and managing a business support function with compliance and data integrity at the core
  • Experience of implementing systems (SAP) capability
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills; able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills with employees of all levels and engaging with senior stakeholders at a group level.
  • A team player with a can do attitude
