Facilities Manager - Leisure

£30,000 + benefits + free gym/swim membership & discounted use of leisure park.

Tadley Swimming Pool & Golf Centre, RG26 3LA


Reporting into the Contract Manager, as Facilities Manager you will have direct responsibility for safe and effective delivery of FM across this busy and varied site.


This role will manage and develop a team of c50 operational leisure staff along with the safe and effective delivery of all Facilities Management across of this impressive facility.


This contract boasts a 25m swimming pool, spa facilities, a 9 hole golfing pitch with driving and putting range. 


We are interested in speaking with established Facility/Facilities Manager’s with varied operational experience, ideally with a background in service delivery.  Experience of managing facilities within a similar environment would be advantageous however not essential!

Management of a large wet and dry-side facility ( c£1m)

Leisure Facilities Management


What’s essential?

Management experience

P&L experience

Sound experience and knowledge of H&S practices

Knowledge of managing large facilities

Experience within a service industry

Excellent communication skills

FM/Facilities Management experience


What’s desirable?


Leisure experience


CIMSPA advantageous but not essential


We have a further 5 years agreed on this contract.
